SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY

Delivery costs are clearly displayed before finalising your order. Delivery of the products shall take place at the delivery address entered on your order.

NOTE: Tracked delivery worldwide is recommended with all orders. (You can upgrade delivery options at checkout). There is no tracking with standard delivery.

£3.50 for 1st class, £7.50 for next day Royal Mail Special Delivery (must be received before 1pm and is only available Monday-Friday- not Saturday delivery). A signature is required for the latter.

European orders are charged at £6.00 per order for Airmail and at £10.00 cost for International Signed for post irrespective of the amount ordered. The latter will require a signature on receipt. These items are trackable.

There may be an additional cost for bulkier or heavier items. This will be clearly displayed on the website at each item.

We aim to ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Where this is not possible due to volume of orders, all orders will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt of the order and payment.

If you want us to gift wrap your item and deliver it directly to your intended gift recipient, please let us know. This is free of charge.

Please note that the above are Royal Mail delivery estimates and there may be delays when sending items via Air Mail. 

Customers are responsible for any import duties to be paid as requested by your country.

Return & Exchange Policy

If your order is incorrect, damaged or does meet your expectations please contact us so we can help rectify any issues.

 

Customers may return items within 30 days for any reason for a full refund of the cost of the item, however, please make sure the item is returned in the condition it was sent, and make sure you get a proof of posting in case of any problems.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason (unwanted, not as you thought, changed your mind), please put this in writing. In this circumstance, the customer agrees to pay for the postage to return the goods to us as per the DSR. This cost shall not be refunded. When returning the items, please obtain a free proof of posting from the Post Office and please ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.  Please ensure correct postage is paid - we will not pay the fee to obtain a package returned without correct postage.

If a refund is due, the refund or a credit note (coupon code redeemable on our website or in shop, only if the customer prefers this option) will be processed within 30 days to the cost of the goods being returned. Items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.

If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

If you have received free shipping on an order totaling over £40 and return part of the order to us taking the total spend below £40 then we will deduct the cost of the actual postage from the amount refunded. The order will be treated as though you spent only the amount of the kept items (before returns) from the outset.

 

This policy does not affect your legal rights, for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
