About the event
The witch’s wheel of the year marks the winter solstice, the dark midwinter moment which is celebrated with the folk traditions of Yule, which even made their way into Christmas custom. Tonight explores the way witches see this time of year, how they mark it. The first hour is an illustrated talk with discussion. The second hour is given over to working hand-on piece of Midwinter seasonal folk magic and a little Yuletide ritual.
