I have a wide and varied background in the Arts, Humanities and in the Voluntary and Charity sector (Please click here to see more information) and have worked on a variety of projects from academic studies to technical manuals to newsletter articles.

Writing

As well as writing two novels and numerous short stories of my own, I also am well adept at researching new topics and writing features to make them interesting and engaging. In NLP we are taught that the meaning of communication is the outcome you get. Sometimes it is harder to communicate than you would think, but I can help you to communicate the message you want.

Proofreading and Editing

Having written two novels of my own, I understand the importance of a good editor or proofreader. I read profusely and love nothing more than proofreading manuscripts, or editing text. If English is not your first language, then I can help you to tidy up your grammar and syntax. Or if you are writing a technical manual, I can help you to make the language more accessible to the average reader. If you have written a script and want to have someone check it for pace and clarity, then you will find value in my work.
