What is a Breakthrough Session?

Breakthrough Sessions are an intensive form of NLP therapy, where we isolate the root cause of a recurring issue you may have, and then remove this to allow you to move forward without the problem recurring.

The session is a very intensive process, and it may be around an issue we have identified during your coaching sessions, or it may be something that you have already identified yourself.

The process itself can bring really dramatic results.

How Does It Work?

I will ask you to complete some tasking before we begin the process, and the process will only take place once you have done these tasks. This is because NLP works from the perspective that you are 100% responsible for the results you get. I can help you to achieve them, and will ensure that you get the result you want, and you need to be certain that you really want to make the change before we start, otherwise it may not work for you. Tasking is a way of you showing me and your own unconscious mind that now really is the time to change those old patterns. Old patterns can be strangely seductive, as they can appear easier to carry on with than to change, but if you really want your life to change for the better, then it will require some committment to do this.

Once your tasking is complete, we will book in the actual breakthrough session. This will take somewhere in the region of six to eight hours to do, and will normally happen over two days. During the first part I will ask you a series of questions designed to really bring out the source of the problem, and then in the second session we will knock those olf patterns on the head and send them packing.

Once your breakthrough is complete, we will then have three follow-up coaching sessions over the next three months, to make sure the changes have really gone in thoroughly.

All in all you get about ten to twelve hours of therapy all in one package that is designed to get you the results you want.
